A request submitted by CDI to the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission (KHRC) to offer exotic wagering on historical racing was given conditional approval by the KHRC at a meeting held Tuesday at the track. Johnny was scheduled to ride in two other events Tuesday afternoon. Frankie has not recovered from an arm injury suffered last week at Yarmouth, and will miss the entire week.
