List of Church bodies who hold a Memorandum of Understanding with the National Board for Safeguarding Children in the Church in (NBSCCCI)

A Memorandum of Understanding(MOU)is a written agreement signed by a Church authority stating their intention to work with the NBSCCCI to fulfil the aims of ‘Safeguarding Children Policy and Standards for the in Ireland, 2016’.

Church authorities are also invited to sign a data processing deed which will apply in respect of ‘case specific’ advice and support on individual cases involving child protection and safeguarding issues (effectively, in the main, information /advice shared on notifications and allegations of abuse).
