Ashland Express Makes Limited Stops Weekdays A.M Through P.M Route X9 Ashland Express makes limited stops weekdays a.m through p.m. rush Chicago Transit Authority hours, between Sheridan/Irving Park - Sheridan Red Line station and Ashland/95th via Irving Park and Ashland. CTA Bike & Ride Bicycle racks are available on the front X9 exteriors of CTA buses. Bicycles can be placed on bicycle racks during normal Ashland Express hours of operation for each route. Racks Effective September 3, 2019 accommodate two (2) bicycles at a time. Clark@1300W Broadway 860W Bicycles are also permitted on CTA trains Sheridan 1000W during certain hours. Please Stand Up for Seniors and People with Disabilities Irving Park 4000N Federal law requires priority seating be Addison 3600N Sheridan 3900N designated for seniors and people with Belmont 3200N@Lincoln Sheridan station disabilities. Ridership statistics are given on a system-wide and route/station-level basis. Ridership is primarily counted as boardings, that is, customers boarding a transit vehicle (bus or rail). On the rail system, there is a distinction between station entries and total rides, or boardings. The official totals on the Monthly Summary report show the total number of boardings made to CTA vehicles. How are customers counted?
