19 June 2021 Details of Compulsory Testing Notice (Persons who have completed a COVID-19 vaccination course1 would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notices)

1. Any person who had taken any of the residents’ buses running on route number NR955 between Lynwood Court of , and of of MTR (via Locwood Court of Kingswood Villas, Tin Shui Wai) at any time during the period from 7:00 a.m. to 7:30 a.m. on any day of May 12 to May 14, May 17 to May 18, May 20 to May 21, May 24 to May 28 or May 31 to June 2, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and passengers), has to undergo testing by June 21, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 17 and June 19, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

2. Any person who had been present at Queen Elizabeth School Old Students' Association Tong Kwok Wah Secondary School, 57 Tin Wah Road, Tin Shui Wai, , for more than one hour at any time during the period from May 15 to June 4, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff, students and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 21, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 17 and June 19, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

3. Any person who had been present at Tin Shui Wai Public Library, High Block, Ping Shan Tin Shui Wai Leisure and Cultural Building, 1 Tsui Sing Road, Tin Shui Wai, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time during the period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on June 1, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 21, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory

1 If a person subject to compulsory testing has completed a COVID-19 vaccination course, he/she would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in this Notice. For both the Sinovac COVID- 19 vaccine (CoronaVac vaccine) and Fosun Pharma/BioNTech COVID-19 vaccine (Comirnaty vaccine), completion of the vaccination course in general means having received two doses of COVID-19 vaccine at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received the second dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before June 7, 2021. For persons previously infected with COVID-19, they may be deemed to have completed the COVID-19 vaccination course after receiving one dose of Comirnaty vaccine or one dose of CoronaVac vaccine at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received one dose of COVID-19 vaccine on or before June 7, 2021. For persons who received COVID-19 vaccines in places outside of Hong Kong and have received the recommended dose(s) as stipulated in relevant guidelines at least 14 days ago, i.e. having received all of the recommended dose(s) of COVID-19 vaccine on or before June 7, 2021, they will also be regarded to have completed the vaccination course of the relevant COVID-19 vaccine, subject to the vaccine used being included on the list of vaccines recognised for this purpose as published on the Government’s COVID-19 thematic website (www.coronavirus.gov.hk/pdf/list_of_recognised_covid19_vaccines.pdf). testing have previously undergone testing between June 17 and June 19, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

4. Any person who had been present at Tai Po Hui Cooked Food Centre, 2/F, Tai Po Complex, 8 Heung Sze Wui Street, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time during the period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on May 15, May 22, May 26 or June 2, 2021 (including but not limited to full- time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 21, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 17 and June 19, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.

5. Any person who had been present at Ward 4AR in the Tai Po Hospital, 9 Chuen On Road, Tai Po, New Territories, Hong Kong for more than one hour at any time during the period from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on June 2, 2021 (including but not limited to full-time, part-time and relief staff and visitors), has to undergo testing by June 21, 2021. If persons subject to compulsory testing have previously undergone testing between June 17 and June 19, 2021, they would be taken to have complied with the requirements set out in the compulsory testing notice.
