We optimise your sales with individually combinable assortment modules. We ensure customer-specific assortment planning and fitting out through our own merchandisers within the sales organisation, and also insist on the regular exchange of information and feedback discussions with retailers. This results in valuable insights that always help to further improve the service and the sales successes at a high level. Europa-wide customer service and sales representatives With five subsidiaries, wolfcraft is represented in 36 countries worldwide. In Germany and Europe, DIY stores and specialist retailers receive personal attention from our competent sales to ensure effective support. And we also attach great importance to service in the after sales area. After buying our products, every end user can rely on professional support to provide assistance in the event of questions or problems. Our Customer Service Team can provide advice in many difference languages.
