Harrington’s craft delicious smallgoods from free-range 100% New Zealand-raised pork, beef, lamb, venison and other fine ingredients. Working from traditional recipes we use our artisan know-how to create superb , beautiful bacon, high-quality and sensational specialties, all crafted by hand.

We’re one of the few who use only New Zealand-raised pork, beef, venison and lamb.

We use time-honoured techniques such as dry-curing and manuka-.

We’re committed to the true artisan taste that New Zealanders love for over 25 years.

The pork for our ham and bacon, and the beef, lamb and pork which goes into all our smallgoods, are ‘single-source’. That means each is raised on one New Zealand farm, so we can trace the meat with pinpoint accuracy at every step of its journey to us, guaranteeing quality and safety. Packaging that helps protect the planet Introducing Harrington’s eco-friendly recyclable packaging. The trays, cardboard sleeves and even the ink is 100% recyclable. (The plastic film which protects the product isn’t yet, but we’re working on it.) Made from a combination of recyclable plant-based materials and recyclable PET (code 1), Harrington’s trays can be recycled like PET (code 1) but because of the bio-layer , we can’t stamp ‘code 1’ on them, so we use the universal recycling symbol and they ARE recyclable. When Harrington’s trays are put out for kerb-side recycling, they will be scanned as PET (code 1) and recycled. A few local councils may say unmarked trays can’t be recycled, but Harrington’s can.
