    MINUTES OF THE MEETING OF BILSBY & FARLESTHORPE PARISH COUNCIL HELD IN HOLY TRINITY CHURCH, BILSBY ON 7th MARCH 2019. Present: Cllrs Marsh, Cooper, Gaston, Lempard, Morley. Cllr Devereux (ELDC) Cllr C. Matthews (LCC) Clerk: Mrs L Croft 4 members of the public. During the public session residents raised concerns about bins being left outside properties after they have been emptied for a number of days. Cllr Marsh will speak to those who habitually leave bins out and if this is non-effective will speak with ELDC officers regarding this matter. Concerns were also raised about an untidy property on Sutton Road. The clerk will contact ELDC and ask them to investigate this matter. A car hit a lamp post on Sunday morning. It is hoped that the insurance company will cover the cost. Resident has photo of car registration if required. Members of the public thanked the out-going clerk for her service.
