For the occasion, Hansaji has shared some guiding principles with us and even revealed a few secrets from her life. Never one to rest, Hansaji will then travel to Thailand to the newly opened The Yoga Institute Thailand for the ‘Seven Great Life Lessons Retreat with Hansaji’, taking place from 13th to 18th October. This is one week of direct learning from the great master, lled with rare moments of true realizations. Participants can also look forward to healing and nourishing food and daily meditation and asanas as part of the program. We are also humbled to once again acknowledge that the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India, Shri Narendra Modi, has conferred TheYoga Institute, Mumbai with the Prime Minister’s Award for Outstanding Contribution for Promotion and Development of Yoga for the year 2018-19.
