In accordance with California Governor’s Executive Order N2920 regarding the Brown Act and guidance from the California Department of Public Health on gatherings, please note the following: To provide Public Comments: Submit via email to WSandoval@SantaAna.Org NO LATER THAN 4:30 P.M. on the date of the meeting. Participate during the meeting by selecting Zoom (Camera icon) next to the Public Comment title found at www.santaana.primegov.com/public/portal. Join Zoom Meeting: https://zoom.us/j/95312531691 OR Call (669) 9006833 and enter Meeting ID: 953 1253 1691#. The public can begin joining the speaker queue at 5:00 p.m. for this regular meeting. Once a caller has entered the meeting, they will be placed in a holding queue. Callers will be prompted to speak in the order received. After the Recording Secretary confirms the last three digits of the caller’s phone number or Zoom ID and unmutes them, the caller must press *6 or microphone icon to speak. Callers are encouraged, but not required, to identify themselves by name. Each caller will be provided three (3) minutes to speak.
