You will assist the Manager in ensuring that the immunisation services provided are easily accessible, efficient, effective, evaluated and patient friendly. This will involve preparation of performance feedback reports and liaison with general practice staff. As the first point of contact for the Manager, this is an important role which requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
