The Permanent Mission of Japan to the United Nations presents its compliments to the Office of the Deputy Secretary-General of the United Nations, and has the honor to request the latter to arrange a meeting between Deputy Secretary-General Louise Frechette and Japanese Parliamentary Delegation to IPU (Inter-Parliamentary Union) Meeting in Santiago, Chile who will be in New York from_April,2".d.and_3rd. It would be much appreciated if the meeting could take place on Thursday, 3 April, preferably in the afternoon. The list of the Japanese Parliamentary Delegation is attached.
