Our History Nord Anglia Education was founded in 1972 in the United Kingdom. The name Nord Anglia was chosen because of the company’s beginnings in the north of England. We initially offered learning services such as English-as-a- foreign-language classes and grew during the 1980s by opening full-scale nurseries and kindergartens. In 1992, we opened our first international school, the British School of Warsaw. In the 2000s, Nord Anglia Education began a strategic focus on premium international schools, with rapid growth in Asia, the Americas, China and across Europe and the Middle East. A truly international organisation, NAE now operates premium international schools worldwide. In July 2019, Nord Anglia Education will be relocating its headquarters from Hong Kong to London, enabling even stronger growth in the future. www.nordangliaeducation.com Our Schools Region Country City School name Acronym Opened or acquired The Americas Brazil Sao Paulo The British College of Brazil BCB Acquired in Dec 2017 Costa Rica San Jose Country Day School CDS Acquired in Jan 2018 Mexico Monterrey San Roberto International School ISR Acquired in April 2015 Panama MET Acquired in July 2017 Panama Metropolitan School of Panama City USA Boston British International School of Boston BISB Acquired in May 2013 Charlotte The British International School of Charlotte BISC Acquired in May 2013 British International School of Chicago, BISC LP Acquired in May 2013 Chicago Lincoln Park British International School of Chicago, BISC SL Opened in 2015 South Loop Coconut NBPS Acquired in April 2015 North Broward Preparatory School Creek Houston British International School of Houston BISH Acquired in May 2013 The Village School VIL Acquired in April 2015 New York Nord Anglia International School New York NAIS NY Acquired in May 2013 Washington British International School of Washington BISW Acquired in May 2013 Windermere Windermere Preparatory School WPS Acquired in April 2015 Europe and Czech Prague Prague British International School PBIS PBIS (acquired in the Middle Republic 2017) merged with East* EISP (opened in 1995) Hungary Budapest The British International School Budapest BISB Opened in 2002 Ireland Dublin Nord Anglia International School Dublin NAIS Dublin Opened in Sept 2018 Netherlands Rotterdam Nord Anglia International School NAISR Acquired in 2018 Rotterdam Poland Warsaw The British School Warsaw TBSW Opened in 1992 Russia Moscow The International School of Moscow ISM Acquired in Dec 2017 Slovakia Bratislava The British International School Bratislava BISB Opened in 1998 Spain Madrid International College Spain ICS Acquired in May 2013 Switzerland Aubonne La Côte International School LCIS Acquired in 2011 Geneva Collège du Léman CDL Acquired in April 2015 Nyon Collège Champittet, Nyon CC Nyon Acquired in 2011 Pully Collège Champittet, Pully CC Pully Acquired in 2011 Villars-Sur- Collège Alpin Beau Soleil CABS Acquired in 2011 Ollon Kuwait Kuwait The British School of Kuwait BSK Acquired in Oct 2017 Qatar Al Khor Nord Anglia International School Al Khor NAISAK Acquired in May 2013 Doha Compass International School Doha CIS Doha Acquired in May 2013 UAE Abu Dhabi The British International School Abu Dhabi BISAD Opened in 2009 Dubai Nord Anglia International School Dubai NAS Dubai Opened in Sep 2014 Uzbekistan Tashkent The British School of Tashkent BST Acquired in Dec 2017 *As of 1 August 2019, the Middle East region will join the South East Asia region www.nordangliaeducation.com South East Cambodia Phnom Northbridge International School Cambodia Northbridge Acquired in 2014 Asia Penh Indonesia Jakarta NIS Jakarta NIS Jakarta Acquired in May 2017 Malaysia Kuala The British International School Kuala Lumpur BISKL Acquired in Dec Lumpur 2017 Myanmar Yangon The British School Yangon BSY Acquired in Dec 2017 Philippines Manila Nord Anglia International School Manila NAIS Manila Acquired in Dec 2017 Singapore Singapore Dover Court International School, Singapore DCIS Acquired in April 2014 Thailand Bangkok St Andrews International School Bangkok STA Acquired in 2013 Pattaya Regents International School Pattaya Regents Acquired in Aug 2012 Vietnam Hanoi British International School, Hanoi BIS Hanoi Acquired in 2015 British Vietnamese International School, Hanoi BVIS Hanoi Acquired in 2015 Ho Chi British International School, Ho Chi Minh City BIS HCMC Acquired in 2015 Minh City British Vietnamese International School, Ho Chi BVIS HCMC Acquired in 2015 Minh City India Bachupally, Oakridge International School, Hyderabad, Acquired in Feb Hyderabad Bachupally (Einstein) 2019 Gachibowli, Oakridge International School, Hyderabad, Acquired in Feb Hyderabad Gachibawli (Newton) 2019 Bangalore Oakridge
