Due to the high number of participants no place can be reserved and both front and back rows need to be filled in. Once the parterre will be full the delegations will be guided to the balcony. The introduction of food and beverage is not permitted. All students are required to maintain an appropriate behaviour; offenders will be punished with the exclusion from the ceremony and the simulation works.

The opening ceremony represents a unique opportunity to meet illustrious international personalities and to be engaged in their speeches, addressing issues of global importance. On the conference guide, received during the conference check-in, you will find the biographies of the speakers.

End of Opening Ceremomy
EXIT PROCEDURES FROM THE UN HEADQUARTERS March 16th, 9.30pm
At the end of the opening ceremony make sure to follow the instructions given by the UN officials. Whilst exiting maintain order and make sure not to forget your personal belonging in the GA Hall.
CWMUN CLOSING CEREMONIES @ GENERAL ASSEMBLY HALL 18 March, 4.30 pm-8.00 pm
After the Committee session IV all the students must head to the UN General Assembly Hall where the CWMUN closing ceremony will take place. In order to reach the GA, use the main atrium and follow STAFF and UN official directions. Due to the high number of participants, the ceremony will be divided in two parts, one for High School / Middle School students and one for University students. No place can be reserved and both front and back rows need to be filled in. Once the parterre will be full the delegations will be guided to the balcony. The introduction of food and beverage is not permitted. All students are required to maintain an appropriate behaviour; offenders will be punished with the exclusion from the ceremony and the simulation works. NO FOOD IS ALLOWED IN THE GA HALL.
