As we approach the end of 2007 and the holiday season, this is a good occasion to reflect on the path we’ve been traveling, to celebrate the progress and to reflect on our learning along the way regarding the D-JET. In 2007, we saw the roll-out and first flights of D-JET serial number 002. This is a noteworthy milestone, because this is aerodynamically and structurally the first D-JET using our production-quality tooling. This is just one among many major engineering and manufacturing milestones. We made great progress growing our world-class team so we can deliver D-JET to market and make it a great success. We had the opportunity to work closely with a wide variety of partners and suppliers to make progress on D-JET’s development. As the year draws to a close, we also are nearing the rollout of S/N 003. Notably, we are so excited and honored that so many customers have stepped forward to reserve their D-JET position…or positions (plural). This is an amazing reflection of their enthusiasm for the aircraft and their confidence in our organization to deliver D-JET in a quality way. With all this in mind, as we close out 2007, I want to take this opportunity to say “thank you.” Thank you to our customers for your confidence. -

Powered by the Pratt & Whitney 1200-horsepower PT6A-67A engine, the all-carbon fiber single-engine turboprop cruises at 333 knots, climbs at 4,000 feet per minute, operates up to 34,000 feet, and offers a full fuel payload of 1,100 pounds. The next generation E1000 GX is equipped with the Garmin GFCTM 700 Digital Flight Control System and Hartzell 5-blade composite propeller. Premier Aircraft Service, a division of Premier Aircraft Sales, is an FAA Certified Part 145 Repair Station, with extensive experience servicing the Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 engines, supporting Garmin avionics products, and performing composite repairs. Premier will be authorized to provide inspection, maintenance, and repair services from their Fort Lauderdale Executive Airport (FXE)-based location for the Epic E1000, the Epic E1000 GX, as well as the legacy experimental Epic LT. “Epic Aircraft offers an exceptional next-generation, high-performance turboprop and we are extremely proud to be selected as their factory authorized service center in the southeast region,” stated Travis Peffer, CEO, Premier Aircraft Sales. -
