It is notified for general information of all the concerned that the following person is hereby declared elected as Chairman of the Board of Studies in Law under the Faculty of Law under Section 37(4) of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994. The Chairman shall be ex-officio member of the Academic Council under Section 29(2)(d), Faculty of Law under Section 33(5)(b), Board of University Teaching and Research under section 36(a)(2)(v) and Research and Recognition Committee 36(A)(5)(iii) etc. of the Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.

The term of the office of the Chairman shall be as per Section 42, subject to the provisions under Section 43 of Maharashtra Universities Act, 1994.
