INSPIRA INFRA LIMITED a Project development Company intends to develop and set up a world class industrial park on the possessed property of plot/land admeasuring about 250 Acres in five-star Industrial area, Shendra MIDC, Aurangabad, State.

Inspira Infra Aurangabad Ltd (Formerly known as Ajanta Project India Ltd) has been allotted 250 Acres of Land in Plot No C-21, MIDC, Shendra, Aurangabad (Maharashtra) by MIDC for a period of 95 years vide lease deed dated 27.03.2008 for development of Pharma SEZ. As per approval of Govt. of India. Environment Clearance was alsoobtained in 2010/2011 and all the Conditions were complied with. However, due to the dispute between farmers and MIDC, we had to surrender 70 Acres of the land to MIDC and therefore, SEZ was de-notified. MIDC has allotted compensatory land of 70 Acres which is fully developed with all infrastructures and contiguous to Plot no C-21. Thus, the land area has been reduced to 228 Acres from original 250 Acres.

After exit from SEZ Policy, proposal is to develop the present land parcel of 228 Acres as Inspira Industrial Park as per policy of Government of Maharashtra and Development Control Regulation (DCR) of MIDC. Out of revised land parcel of 228 Acres, part of land measuring 70 acres has been fully developed with all required infrastructure such as Black Top Road of 2 Lane/ 4 Lane, Street Lights, Storm Water Drain and Culverts, Water Supply Lines, Electrical Network, Tree Plantation, Boundary Wall /Fencing etc.

Currently we are proposing to develop balance undeveloped land parcel of 160 acres with all required Infrastructures including ESR/GSR, Sub-station, CEPT and STP, so that Industrial Units can set up their Industries. There will be non-industrial areas also comprising of residential, social and commercial facilites required for Industrial Workers, who will reside in the Industrial Park to have their work place nearest to their homes. Details of the p;ropsed development are as below:

The water is sourced from Jaikwadi Dam on 23 km from Waluj industrial area where water treatment plant is located. The treated water from the treatment plant is supplied through 900 mm dia MS CC pipeline to Shendra Industrial area. The scheme is presently designed to supply 15 MLD of water. The present consumption is around 5 MLD. The total water supply to Shendra Five Star Industrial park is 15 MLD through the MIDC MBR (Master boosting reservoir) and ESR, located at the south-east corner adjacent to the site. Power is distributed to Shendra Industrial Park by Mahavitaran, the Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company limited (MSEDCL) through the 220 KV substation within the industrial park. The existing 132 kv transmission line passes outside the boundary of Inspira Industrial Park.
