Big food pantry donation The Evansville Attendance Center volleyball C-team hosted a tournament January 19, including teams from Prairie du Rocher, Smithton, St. James, Red Bud and Steeleville. PDR won the tournament, and Evansville placed second. Admittance into the tournament was by two canned goods or a monetary donation. All proceeds went to benefit the Chester Area Christian Food Pantry. The total collection was 450 canned food items and almost $100.
