Blinn College Master Plan 15 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

FourPoint Investments is proud to present a 4.74 acre development site in College Station, TX to the national multifamily and student housing development community. The site is located across the street from Texas A&M University. Zoning at the property was recently changed to MF (Multifamily/Student) and the College Station City Council has approved a conceptual development plan allowing for a maximum of 142 units. While the site represents an excellent opportunity for a student housing development given its close proximity to Texas A&M University, it is also located in the Research Valley BioCorridor which is experiencing robust growth supporting a conventional multifamily development. The site is available all-cash, and we look forward to discussing this development opportunity with you further.
