Notes: During the implementation, the deadline for the completion of the works has been moved to 2014 with several addendums to the main contract. The works on the project of remote monitoring and management of the regional water supply system are in the final stage, whereas the WTP “Majdevo” is already used by the population of Kruševac and nearby towns (Aleksandrovac, Trstenik) for regular drinking water supply. In the course of the project, there was a redraw of works, so that some works, such as a pipeline crossing over the bridge at the South Morava River, which provides water supply from Kruševac to the Municipality of Ćićevac, were exempt from the works funded by the EU. These works are now within the competence of the Ministry of Economy of the Republic of Serbia, which has approved funding of the construction of the transmission line to Ćićevac across the bridge to the South Morava River in its operating plan and budget. Currently, tender documentation for these works is being prepared. Completion of works financed from the funds of the listed project co-financiers involving construction of water supply ring DN1,000 around Kruševac, construction of the reservoir “Lipovac” with the connection to the main pipeline DN1,000 and construction of the main pipeline to Varvarin and Ćićevac is foreseen for the end of 2014.
