1. Name of the work: Supply, Installation and operation of Automated Teller Machine (ATM) at the stations for a period of 10(ten) years.

2.Earnest Money Deposit: For each Automated Teller Machine (ATM), the Earnest Money Deposit details are as under:

3. Date of dropping of Tender: Up to 14.00hrs. of 15.03.2018. Tender complete in all respects and with all relevant documents should be dropped in the tender box kept in the office of the Sr. Divisional Commercial Manager, South Eastern Railway, Kharagpur. 4. Date & time of opening of Tender: 15.00hrs of 15.03.2018. The tender shall be opened in presence of the Tenderers or their authorized representatives who wish to be present. 5. 7. Availability of Tender documents: Between 11.00 hrs to 17.00hrs from the date of publication of Tender Notice from the office of the Sr. DCM/KGP on all working days upto 17.00hrs of 14. 03.2018. 8. The tender documents will also be available on Websites http://www.ser.indianrailways.gov.in and http://www.tenders.gov.in. This facility is available during the above- mentioned period and the same can be down loaded and used as tender documents for submitting the offer. This facility is available free of cost. However, the Demand Draft of necessary amount for each ATM of the station only (which should be drawn in favour of FA & CAO, S.E.Railway, Garden Reach, ) towards the cost of tender document as prescribed above will have to be enclosed along with the tender document while submitting the same. In case the offer is not accompanied with the valid demand draft for the cost of the tender document as detailed above, the tender will be summarily rejected.

9. For those Tenderers who intend to deposit the earnest money in cash, it must be deposited with the Divisional Cashier/ S.E.Rly/KGP. In case of opting for D.D., the same should be drawn in favour of FA & CAO, S.E.Railway, Garden Reach, Kolkata .

10. The Tenderers are advised to visit the site for installation of ATMs and acquaint themselves with the conditions & expected number of users in their own interest before submitting their offer.

11. In case the date of opening of tender is declared to be a holiday on any account, the said date shall automatically be substituted by the next working day.

12. The Railway reserves its right to either cancel the tender or rejects any or all the tenders without assigning any reason thereof at any stage.

13. In case of any discrepancy between the tender documents downloaded from internet and the master copy available in the office of the Sr. DCM/KGP, the later shall prevail and will be binding on the tenderer(s). No claim on this account shall be entertained.

14. Sealed tenders received after the stipulated date and time shall not be entertained.

15. Authentic documents in support of all the information to be submitted in the Tender documents.

 Copy of Memorandum/ and Articles of Association of the company services in India (in case of a company),   Documents in support of Eligibility.  Cost of Tender Form and Earnest Money Deposit particulars.

16. One Tender applicant can apply for one ATM with ticketing kiosk in a single form only.
