Rather that summarising the complaint here, I am attaching it for your consideration - both as a Word and as as PDF document.

Over 100 people from Victoria State in Australia support this complaint.

Please confirm receipt.

I look forward to being involved in the next steps. I believe this is a truly monumental matter not just for Australia but for the whole of mankind. The ICC needs to intervene and help sharply distinguish the limits of public health. Today, there is carnage going on in Australia in the name of public health.
