We have also completed our review of the comments received during the public comment period. As a result of our review, we have determined that the application materials submitted comply with the requirements of the law and regulations. Therefore, the Agency is hereby approving your application for a permit to construct a Municipal Solid Waste Landfill on the aforementioned location. Operation of the facility is contingent upon the successful completion of the conditions set forth in the permits.
