MEDICATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR ALLERGY PATIENTS Drugs which contain antihistamine or have antihistaminic effects can result in negative reactions to skin testing. As a result, it may not be possible to properly interpret skin test results, and testing may have to be repeated at a later date. While this list is extensive, it is NOT all inclusive (particularly of the various brand names).
