EDITORIAL EDITORIAL CARTOON State budget causes frustration

Officials at all 15 public universities in the state face the daunting task of keeping costs low, minimizing harm to students’ wallets •

State policymakers made a quick, heedless decision when they ruled to delay funds to public universities in Michigan. Out of the 15 schools, GVSU will be hit the hardest.
