Fall - Winter - 2021 Don’t Wait Until It Is Too Late! We just want to issue an availability warning. When the Colonial Pipeline hack occurred the sales of Jerry Cans went beserk! We sold every single can, regardless of size, within three days! (So did every other supplier). They were supposed to last us until late Fall. Now with Hurricane Ida, and the ensuing tornados and flooding in PA, NJ, and New York, we are getting deluged with orders once again. We have a container on the water, arriving mid-October, but there’s a hitch: the cost of shipping tripled! That will have to be reflected in the prices, obviously. Furthermore, the future prices look bleak. The cost of raw materials soared 27%, and that’ll make ‘em even more pricey on the next go-around! Therefore, we encourage you to stock up NOW, before you must pay a king’s ransom for these durable NATO Jerry Cans. 5 LITER CAN GP05 $49 10 LITER CAN GP10 $58 20 LITER CAN GP20 $65 SET OF 4 20 LITER CANS GP204 $239 GET YOUR SET OF 4 20 LITER CANS GP204 $239 Before It’s Issue 113 Too LATE! • Read the Latest 2019-2020 Edition Of
Fullerian 2019-20 Editor’s Note When I became editor of the Fullerian, the then headmaster pointed to all the copies of the previous magazines held in his study and said they reflected the very life and ethos of the school, and were held for posterity. Each year, three copies of the magazine are placed in the library and have, on occasion, been taken out and used as historical references. But what was going to happen this year when school trips, visits and musical events were cancelled from early March and then, finally, the school buildings themselves were closed on March 20th to the majority of students? The annual music report is shorter this year, with spring, summer and chamber concerts cancelled; there are no cricket or Sports Day reports and the number of visits and trips are very few. However, school did carry on for students and teachers in a different form. Teachers had to become accustomed to unfamiliar (to some teachers and a fair few students) technology, and students had to develop skills in independent learning, very rapidly, in very unusual circumstances. But from all of this emerged some outstanding work, and a large section of this Fullerian has been given over to celebrating the resilience and determination our students have shown to work in a very different manner from usual. In addition, you’ll find some evidence of extracurricular activities continuing, albeit on a modified basis, and some of our students taking advantage of Lockdown to pursue their own personal interests. Thank you to all those students, members of staff and parents who have helped provide contributions for this issue.

This unit of study is a series of lessons designed to introduce junior high school or high school students to various aspects of the culture, religion, history, economy, and political structures of India. The unit's lessons, however, center around food as a method of introducing the particular objective. Pointing out that Indians, as they meet the continuing challenges of feeding nearly 1 billion people, can learn from U.S. mistakes in "modernizing" their diets and attitudes towards food. The unit's materials seek to help children to begin learning these lessons. The lessons can be given individually or collectively as part of a unit.

  • January 2008 Goodbye Camillus by Franktrzaska
Good Bye Camillus Samurai Tales Show Time 2008 Humenick Club Knife Behind the Scenes Are You a Current Member? Ourinternational membership is happily involved with “Anything that goes ‘cut’!” January 2008 Goodbye Camillus by FrankTrzaska It is with a sad heart that I report the Camillus Empire is officially gone. I was there to witness it and can tell you that the place was taken apart and sold off to the highest bidder. In many cases the high bid was just a few dollars, much of the equipment went for pennies on the dollar. Many of the knives went so high I don’t know if they will ever turn a profit, while others, sleepers in many cases, went for practically nothing. While a sad event it was exciting in many ways, seeing folks I had not seen in a long time, meeting new friends, some of whom I have communicated with for years and just met. In just a few days many highs and many lows were experienced, talking with many of the longtime employees of the Cutlery was tough, let me tell you. Meeting the wives and families of many of these talented people was tougher yet. I met folks with up to 40 years in the factory, now out of work, some of the most talented knifemakers in the world doing odd jobs for a pay check. These are trueworking people with families, the real back bone of the country who know how to put in a day’s work who only ask for a day’s pay at the end, now staring at the equipment moving out the doors.
