16 to intervene filed. I'm just going to take them all

17 together: Vote Solar, Coalition for Community Solar

18 Access, Illinois Competitive Energy Association, the

19 Illinois Power Agency, and the Environmental Law and

20 Policy Center.

21 Is there any objection to granting

22 those petitions to intervene?

3 We had a discussion off the record

4 regarding scheduling, and the parties have agreed to

5 the following: Initial comments will be filed

6 September 11th. Reply comments will be filed

7 September 13th. A draft order will be filed on

8 September 15th. I'll issue a proposed order on

9 September 18th. Briefs on exceptions will be due

10 September 20th with the order going to the Commission

11 for the September 27th bench.

12 In addition, we talked about the

13 tariff changes that will result from the comments and

14 any further discussions among the parties. And ComEd

15 has agreed, best efforts, to include tariff changes

16 as an exhibit to their comments; however, it may just

17 be a compliance filing.

18 In addition, if any party issues

19 discovery, they will make -- the parties will use

20 their best efforts to answer the discovery quickly.
