IDR POLICY General Manager Woolsey presented the Board with the proposed language of the updated IDR Policy as submitted and without change from the item considered at the Public Hearing earlier on this agenda. – Action: The Board adopted a motion to approve the revised language for ‘Election Rules as submitted.
