PRESENTERS:

Weston Voss is the president of the Civil Division of SpawGlass, a commercial and civil construction services provider. He earned his bachelor’s degree in construction man- agement from State University while working his way through college in the con- struction industry. Hiring on with SpawGlass full-time after completing an internship in 2001, Weston served in project manager and superintendent roles as well as president of the company’s North Texas Division before relocating to to lead SpawGlass’ Civil Division. Throughout his 23 years in construction, Weston has accumulated a diverse building résumé of commercial, retail, higher education, municipal/government, avia- tion, light industrial, rail, bridge, civil and utilities projects. Weston’s passion for construc- tion is paired with enduring work ethic and the knack for creative problem solving, stem- ming from growing up on a working cattle ranch. He continually challenges himself to keep learning and growing as a leader, most recently completing the Harvard Business Weston Voss School Advanced Management Program. In his free time, Weston enjoys spending time President-Civil Division with his wife, Katie, and their three children, Charlie, Mark and Warren, as well as fishing. SpawGlass

Robbie Keithley is a project manager in the Civil Division of SpawGlass. He earned his bachelor’s degree in construction science from Texas A&M University. Hiring on with SpawGlass in 2014, Robbie managed several projects for the Austin Division of SpawGlass before transferring to the company’s Civil Division. As project manager, Robbie handles construction management and contract administration as well as subcontract coordi- nation, jobsite organization and construction operations for individual projects. Currently, he is overseeing the Robert L.B. Tobin Land Bridge at Park in San Antonio, a steel girder bridge spanning 160 feet to provide safe passage for animals and park users from one side of the park to the other over busy .

Jim is a Principal and Founding Partner of Rialto Studio, which he serves as Presi dent and Chief Financial Officer. His professional practice spans 39 years, all spent in San Antonio, Texas. He is a 1976 graduate of Texas A&M University, earning a BSLA degree, and is a professional landscape architect (Texas No. 622).

As Principal-In-Charge of work at Rialto Studio, Jim’s responsibilities include setting the creative tone and concepts for projects, and providing quality control over the design and documentation work. He performs the role of Project Manager on large, multidisci- plinary projects, organizing consultant teams, assigning roles and tasks, and establishing scope and budget parameters. He also conducts business development activities and oversees the firm’s financial operations. James Gray Principal/Founding Partner Rialto Studio
