What happened to Endless Summers…? With all of the fun, learning and entertainment at The Lyric, summer ended all too quickly. The Lyric’s AWESOME! Summer Campers focused on the importance of our environment, recycling over 300 gallons of plastic, created a donation drive of gently used clothing for reuse by Caring Children Clothing Children and repurposed household items into set and prop pieces for their Sharing (page 46). Almost Kia Fontaine 3,000 people came to downtown to attend the Free Movie Summer and we had some cool shows providing relief from the scorching, humid temperatures.
