Nord Stream 2 is a new pipeline through the Baltic Sea, which will transport natural gas from via the most efficient route to Europe. Gas pipeline takes the start in 3 km to the south from Bolshoye Kuzemkino of Kuzemkinsky rural settlement, Kingiseppsky district of the Leningrad region, and crosses Bay. The gas pipeline facilities are remote from the settlements of Kingisepp district to a safe distance. The gas pipeline facilities include: • Off-shore part, 114 km long within the territorial waters of Russia, • On-shore part, about 3.7 km long, • Pig trap area. During the construction period, which could take about 2 years, workers temporary accommodation camp is organized for a compact residence of staff.
