FORT HAYS STATE UNIVERSITY | OVERVIEW 3 FOR OUR GUESTS FACE COVERINGS ————————————————————————————— Face coverings should be worn by all guests over the age of fi ve. SEATING ————————————————————————————————— Upon entering Gross Memorial Coliseum (GMC), guests will be immediately directed to the balcony seating. The elevator is accessible by Gate 3. There will be no general seating on the OVERVIEW GMC fl oor. The only exception that will be made will be for guests unable to use balcony seating. A commencement staff member will escort the individual(s) and one guest to the disability seating area on the GMC fl oor. Seating in this area is limited. Rebecca Luedders will act as the sign language interpreter for those guests requiring that service. Before we begin, please be reminded that previous graduates have expressed their appreciation for the audience remaining seated and courteous. This allows the names of all our graduates to be heard by family and friends. We ask that you please turn off your cell phone and remain seated until the end of the ceremony. Please allow all graduates of a college to return to their seats before applauding.
