ISBN 978-5-88651-574-9 © Омская академия МВД России, 2014 ВВЕДЕНИЕ Настоящее учебное пособие написано в соответствии с ФГОС и но- выми рабочими учебными программами для обучения курсантов по спе- циальностям 030901.65 Правовое обеспечение национальной безопасно- сти и 031001.65 Правоохранительная деятельность по дисциплине «Ино- странный язык» (английский). Оно рассчитано на 120 аудиторных часов, запланированных на изучение данной дисциплины на 1 курсе. Пособие выстроено в компетентностной парадигме и нацелено на: развитие у обучающихся инструментальной компетенции (коммуникатив- ной, лингвистической, социокультурной), позволяющей использовать иностранный язык практически как в профессиональной деятельности, так и в целях самообразования; формирование уважительного отноше- ния к духовным ценностям других стран и народов; развитие познава- тельной активности, критического мышления, памяти, внимания, языко- вой догадки, умений и навыков самостоятельной работы, в том числе со справочными материалами и системой Интернет. Методическая система, принятая в учебном пособии, основана на концепции функционально-коммуникативного подхода в преподавании иностранного языка (труды Е. И. Пассова и С. С. Соловей) и предусмат- ривает коммуникативный подход к процессу обучения; профессиональ- ную направленность всего учебного материала; цикличность построения учебника; рациональное использование технических средств обучения. Структура построения учебного пособия основана на актуальной блочно-модульной системе и охватывает такие блоки, включенные в про- грамму изучения в 1 и 2 семестрах, как Общекультурный и лингвострано- ведческий; Общеюридический: государственное устройство России и стран изучаемого языка. Содержание модулей отвечает принципам по- этапного развития навыков аудирования, чтения, монологической и диа- логической профессионально-ориентированной речи, а также письмен- ной речи. Причем последний аспект представлен аутентичными образца- ми деловой документации, применяемой в международной практике по- 3 лицейских, что повышает мотивацию обучающихся к освоению аспекта- ми иноязычного общения. Каждый раздел (Unit) состоит из: 1. Введения (Lead-in). 2. Лексики к теме раздела (Topical vocabulary). 3. Грамматики (Grammar). 4. Устной речи (Speaking). 5. Лексики для чтения текста и текста (Reading and Vocabulary). 6. Обучения написанию деловой документации (Activity). В отдельных разделах чередование работы по формированию устной речи и чтению текста изменено в соответствии с методикой развития монологической речи, которая допускает предшествие учебного текста.
