Description

We are invention new range of SEF-111 Cationic (color removal Chemicals), which is a remove color value from waste generated from various Industries like Textiles Industries, Textiles Dyeing Units, Dyes & Intermediates Industries, Paint Industries, Rubber Industries, Marble Industries. It is high molecular weight polymeric coagulant.

Untreated colored effluents generated by the industries play havoc with reusable water resources. By processing with SEF-111, we can convert industrial effluent into process water SEF-111 can be used alone of need from 100 to 200 ppm; for complete removal of most of the industrial wastes from waste . It will drastically reduce sludge compare to other method of treatment

The colored effluents, generated by the industries, when left untreated, play havoc with reusable water resources. For process houses, in water scarce areas, it comes as a heaven-sent facilitating recycling of the industrial effluent into process water.

METHOD OF APPLICATION

The product shall be diluted with 10 times water and then dosed into the waste water directly after being mixed for several minutes. It can be precipitated or air floated to become clear water.

The pH value of the waste water should be adjusted to 7-10 by for better results.

When the color and COD are relatively high, it can be used with the help of PAC/Lime/non – ferric but do not mixed together. In this way, treatment process of the waste water directly.

After the process, it can be added 1-2 ppm settling agent anionic polyelectrolyte (Jelly Form or Powder form) it would be settled particles of waste water quickly.

After the process, COD of waste water is reduced by 50-60% and color value 90% removed from Effluent water at the primary stage.

POLYMER FEED SYSTEM:

Preparation of solution - Stock solution of polyelectrolyte may expediently be prepared at a concentration of 0.1% and ideally diluted to 1% while dosing. It is freely soluble in water and mild agitations enough for a uniform solution in a short time.

Feeding of the solution - A positive displacement pump is recommended for feeding Polyelectrolyte solution into the water stream at a point where maximum turbulence is available so that through mixing and good contact with dispersed particles are ensured

Dosage - Trial can be decided at the time of plant scale. Lab Scale trail is adequate.

ADVANTAGES:

PACKING & STORAGE :

It is harmless, nonflammable and non explosive. It can be stored at the room temperature 10-30o C. It cannot be placed in the directly sunlight.

It can be packed in plastic drum of 50 Kg and 200 Kg.

It is a stable polymer. However storage in ambient condition is recommended. Opened containers are to be closed tight to prevent the loss of moisture, which may otherwise react to increase in viscosity of the product.
