(API) provided by the Cisco CRS-1 Series Carrier Routing System (Cisco CRS-1 Series) to developers of external management applications. The Cisco CRS-1 Series XML interface provides a mechanism for Cisco CRS-1 Series router configuration and monitoring using XML formatted request and response streams. The XML schemas referenced in this guide are used by the management application developer to integrate client applications with the Cisco CRS-1 Series programmable interface. The Cisco CRS-1 Series XML API is also available for use on any Cisco platform running Cisco IOS XR software.     Data Sheet Cisco IOS XRv 9000 Router Product Overview The Cisco IOS® XRv 9000 Router implements the feature set of Cisco IOS XR Software. Running on virtualized general x86 compute platforms, it complements existing physical Cisco® router platforms that rely on Cisco IOS XR Software, such as Cisco Network Convergence System routers, Cisco ASR 9000 Series Routers, and Cisco Carrier Routing System (CRS) platforms.
