Adoption of agenda The agenda was adopted without changes. 2. Chair’s announcements The Chair submitted the following Coordinators' recommendations, which were endorsed by the Committee. Mrs Roberta METSOLA (EPP) was nominated Rapporteur on the 4 report on the conclusion of the arrangement on the modalities of the participation in the European Asylum Support Office for 1) the Swiss Confederation (2013/0422(NLE)); 2) Liechtenstein (2013/0423(NLE)); 3) Iceland (2013/0425(NLE)); 4) Norway (2013/0427(NLE)). Coordinators agreed on putting forward in Plenary an oral question to the Commission on visa policy. 30 January 2014, 9.00 – 9.40 3. State of play of on-going interinstitutional negotiations in legislative procedures LIBE/7/11557 Review of Regulation 539/01: The Rapporteur Ms Gabriel gave an update on the negotiations aimed to modify the Regulation 539/01 with the lists of countries whose nationals require a visa to enter the Schengen area and those PV\1017105EN.doc PE528.066v01-00 EN United in diversity EN whose nationals are exempt from the visa obligation. 4.
