Removes the requirement for a MTB Pro to hold an international license. 1E1(e)(d): Clarifies that riders start at 0 points balance when moving up. Moves junior exemption to general section. 1E2(a): Clarifies points and adds ability to earn limited points in Gran Fondos. 1E2(c): Add distances for Cat. 5 women. 1E4: Changes to track upgrades. 1E6: CX upgrades follow road rules. Change to CX conversion from MTB. 1E7: Allows self selection up to Cat. 1 for MTB endurance riders. 1F2: Clarification of needs for mixed teams. 1H4(g): Riders are only entitled to refunded entry fees when competing in the exact category the jersey was won in. 1H4(h): Restricts categories that may enter UCI races in MTB. 1H5: Change of language to account for Cat. 5 women. 1H9: Allows Pro Continental riders to race in USAC races. WorldTeam riders may race with permission. Restricts design of certain club jerseys. A events. 3C4(b): No rear mounted bike racks allowed in caravans. 4A10: Language changed to mirror UCI regulation on barriers. 4C1: Clarifies that mechanical assistance is allowed in the pits in CX. 4A15: Where feeding may be allowed in CX, allows and encourages the Chief Ref to locate it outside the pit. 7B: General clarifications on eligibility of riders for various National Championships.
