Students may withdraw from a class through the fourth week of a quad class or the ninth week of a full-semester course. A “W” will be recorded on the permanent record. After the deadline, the grade may be an F. Billing is based on total credits registered for during a semester, less refunds for courses dropped. Thus, withdrawing from a course after the 100% refund
