Contact Washworld or your local Washworld distributor and request a “Returned Materials Authorization” (RMA) number. Include the following information: • What failed? • Cause of failure? • Invoice number and the date of purchase. 2. A description of the failure must be written on the form along with the RMA number and returned with the defective component within 45 days freight prepaid to Washworld Inc. Components returned without an RMA number, incomplete information, or later than 45 days will be ineligible for credit. 3. Washworld Inc. will send a replacement component to the local Washworld distributor or customer and will invoice the distributor or customer for the replacement part after 45 days if we have not received the part back in satisfactory condition or if the part is not covered under warranty. Any shipping charges other than UPS ground will be invoiced to the distributor or customer. 4. Upon receipt of the defective part and RMA form, an examination will be conducted to determine cause of failure.
