Dear Stakeholders,

Dubai Expo in 2020 will provide a fillip to tourism and construction market segment. The growth in the construc- tion market segment is estimated to be around 6.5% in 2018 fact which will affect positively our growth in the coming years due to the tight link between our product business line and the construction market (with the bulk of this growth coming from Dubai).

In order to gain more market segments we are planning to change the business model of the home automation products by having a distribution center in the free zone targeting system integrators instead of approaching the end user directly. The KNX training center in JLT will continue its training activities to all system integrators.

A central logistic department had been created in the free zone in order to serve more efficiently our divisions in UAE, Oman and Kuwait.

Being a part of the supply chain, we have upgraded our ERP system to implement the new VAT requirement. All our branches, as well as departments (sales, logistics & accounts) are interconnected via VPN and leased lines so that information is available on the spot to answer the quickest possible way our customer's requirements.
