The Rotary Satellite Club of Lafayette's Caring Is Cool fan drive to benefit the Cajun Area Agency on Aging is nearing its end. The CAAA serves persons of need aged 60 and older in the Lafayette Area. Each year, they receive a grant from Entergy of $500 to purchase both box fans AND space heaters for summer and winter relief for all of its clients. This grant barely covers the need of the senior citizens the CAAA serves, and with warm weather around the corner the Satellite Club partnered with them to bolster the number of box fans they are able to hand out this year. Donating is as easy as visiting one of the links below, purchasing a box fan, and shipping it directly to the Satellite Club Secretary: Darren Scott 214 Jefferson Street, Suite 200 Lafayette, LA 70501
