Mandate: The Department of Justice (DOJ) derives its mandate primarily from the Administrative Code of 1987 (Executive Order No. 292). It carries out this mandate through the Department Proper and the Department's attached agencies under the direct control and supervision of the Secretary of Justice. Under Executive Order (EO) 292, the DOJ is the government's principal law agency. As such, the DOJ serves as the government's prosecution arm and administers the government's criminal justice system by investigating crimes, prosecuting offenders and overseeing the correctional system.     GLORIOSO CENTENÁRIO: 1912-2012 Turismo em Santos 1912 No dia 12 de abril, o clube é fundado, em reunião na sede do Clube Concórdia, no Centro. Durante a assembleia, cogitaram-se vários nomes (Concórdia, África, Brasil Atlético), mas prevaleceu Santos Foot-Ball Club. No dia 23 de junho, acontece o primeiro jogo-treino: o Santos ganha do Thereza Team por 2 a 1, com gols de Anacleto Ferramenta e Geraule Ribeiro. O primeiro jogo oficial acontece em 15 de setembro: 3 a 0 sobre o Athletic Club (Clube dos Ingleses). O primeiro gol oficial da história do clube é marcado por Arnaldo Silveira. 1913 Inicialmente, o Santos era tricolor (branco e azul, com frisos dourados). Mas os dirigentes tinham dificuldades para confeccionar uniformes nestas cores. Então, no dia 31 de março, por sugestão do sócio Paulo Peluccio, o time passou a jogar de calção branco e camisa com listras pretas e brancas. No dia 22 de junho, o time santista conquistou sua primeira vitória em uma competição: 6 a 3 contra o Corinthians no Parque Antárctica (atual Palestra Itália). 1915 A partir deste ano, o nome oficial passou a ser Santos Futebol Clube. 1916 No dia 12 de outubro, é inaugurada a praça de esportes da Vila Belmiro. O primeiro jogo na Vila Belmiro aconteceu dia 22 de outubro: vitória de 2 a 1 sobre o Ypiranga, com gols de Adolfo Millon Júnior e Jarbas. 1920 Araken Patusca estreia no time, com 15 anos. Filho do presidente na época, Sizino Patusca, foi para a Vila Belmiro ver o amistoso contra o Jundiaí, mas acabou entrando no lugar de um jogador que havia passado mal, instantes antes da partida.
