Special Arrangements for Chinese New Year On the first day of Chinese New Year (February 12, 2021) to the 10th day (February 21, 2021), special arrangements will be implemented, so guests can kick-start the new year with a peace of mind. (For details, please refer to the table below).

Ngong Ping 360 Chinese New Year Cable Car special arrangements Date: From now until February 26 Time: February 12 – February 15: 9am – 8pm February 16 – February 19: 9:30am – 6pm February 20 – February 21: 9am – 6:30pm From February 22: 10am – 6pm Details: 1) To ensure ample space within the cable car cabins for a comfortable ride up to the Ngong Ping Village, the maximum number of passengers per cable car will be limited to 4 to 6 people. There will also be a maximum capacity for the total number of cable car passengers per day. Guests are advised to reserve enough waiting time. We apologise for the inconvenience caused. 2) To reduce waiting time and to effectively control passenger flow, Ngong Ping 360 encourages visitors to purchase tickets online in advance. 3) Only small quantities of tickets will be available on site on a first- come-first-served basis, while stocks last. In case of a sold-out situation, the Ngong Ping 360 will announce the latest ticketing updates on official website. 4) The cautionary measures previously announced will continue. These include disinfecting of cabins with 1:99 diluted bleach as soon as guests disembark the cable cars, on-site body temperature monitoring, and mandatory mask wearing in the cable car cabins and in public areas.

Spending of HK$150 or more at any Ngong Ping 360 retailer shops can redeem a wishing wooden plaque. Write your wishes and hang it on the shrine for a prosperous year ahead!

Don’t forget to send your blessings to your friends and family too! Donate HK$10 or more at the Holidays 360 Information Centre and receive a “Wishing Mail” Hong Kong postcard. Write your heartfelt sentiments on the postcard and place it into the “Make-A-Wish Wishing Mail Box” beside the Bodhi Wishing Shrine, and Ngong Ping 360 will help you send your blessings for free within a week.
