The 279th Meeting of Eastern Regional Committee (ERC), National Council for Teacher Education 1 was held on 14th- 16 h February 2020 at Hotel VITS, Bhubaneswar, Odisha.

12. APE00298 Parijat Academy B.Ed. The original file of the institution Teacher Education alongwith other related documents, NCTE Institution, Milan Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Nagar, '0' Lane, issued by NCTE from time to time, were Dibrugarh, Assam- carefully considered by ERC and the 786003 following observation was made:-

13. AS-S/N- Barnagar B.Ed. B.Ed. The original file of the institution 6/2000 College, Sorbhog, alongwith other related documents, NCTE Barpeta, Assam- Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines 781317 issued by NCTE from time to time, were carefully considered by ERC and the following observation was made: -
(i) Total land area & built up area is not mentioned m the Building Plan (BP). (ii) Building Completion Certificate (BCC) 1s not m the prescribed proforma and the total built up area is not mentioned in the BCC. (iii) Requisite information of the institutional website has not updated as per clause 7(14)(i) of the NCTE Regulation, 2014.
Hence, B.Ed. course is withdrawn under section 17(1) of NCTE Act, 1993 from the next academic session 2020-21.

16. APE00422 Magadh Teacher's B.Ed. The original file of the institution Training College, alongwith other related documents, NCTE West Church Road, Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Near D.M. (ii) Total land area and built up area mentioned in the Building Completion Certificate (BCC) is 32 decimal and 12400 Sq. ft., which is less than required as per NCTE Regulation, 2014. (iii) Original FDRs of Rs.5 lakh & Rs. 7 lakh has not submitted as per NCTE Regulation, 2014.
Hence, B.Ed. course is withdrawn under section 17(1) of NCTE Act, 1993 from the next academic session 2020-21.

18. ERCAPP656 Ashu Kisku Memorial B.Ed. The original file of the institution and Rabi Kisku alongwith other related documents, NCTE Teachers Training Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Institute, Plot No.- issued by NCTE from time to time, were 327/47, Vill.- carefully considered by ERC and the Lupungdih, PO.- following observation was made:- Tankacha, Tehsil/Taluka (i) Original renewed FDRs of Rs.5 lakh Chandil, Town/City & Rs. 7 lakh is not submitted as per Chandil, Dist. Hence, B.Ed. course is withdrawn under section 17(1) of NCTE Act, 1993 from the next academic session 2020-21.
19. ERCAPP1405 Institute of Education, B.Ed. The original file of the institution Plot No.-1757, 1758, alongwith other related documents, NCTE 1762, 1787, 1788, Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Street No.-Bijay 197, issued by NCTE from time to time, were Vill.-Bijay, PO. carefully considered by ERC and the Seraikela, following observation was made:- Tehsil/Taluka Seraikela, (i) Teaching faculty mentioned at Sl. Hence, B.Ed. course is withdrawn under section 17(1) of NCTE Act, 1993 from the next academic session 2020-21.
20. MP-S/E-2/96 DM College of B.Ed. The original file of the institution & APE00169 Teacher Education, alongwith other related documents, NCTE Imphal, Manipur- Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines 795001 issued by NCTE from time to time, were carefully considered by ERC and the following observation was made:-
(i) Appointed teaching staff is not sufficient to run 3 units (150) of B.Ed. course
Hence, reduction of 01 unit (50 intake) from 150 intake from the next academic session i.e. 2020-21.
21. APE00830 Pandua College of B.Ed. The original file of the institution Education, Vill.- alongwith other related documents, NCTE Naximahalla, PO.- Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Pandua, Dist.- issued by NCTE from time to time, were Hooghly, West carefully considered by ERC and the Bengal- 712149 following observation was made:-
(i) FDRs ofRs.5 lakh and Rs.3 lakh has been expired. Renewed FDRs of Rs.5 lakh and Rs. 7 lakh have not submitted as per NCTE Regulation, 2014. (ii) Certified copy of Fire Safety Certificate duly signed by the competent Authority has not submitted. (ii) There is mismatch of built up area in both Building Plan (BP) & Building Completion Certificate (BCC).
Hence, B.Ed. course is withdrawn under section 17(1) of NCTE Act, 1993 from the next academic session 2020-21.
26. ERCAPP333 Dakshin Dinajpur B.Ed. The original file of the institution B.Ed. College, Vill. - alongwith other related documents, NCTE Fulbari, P.S. Act, 1993, Regulations and Guidelines Gangarampur, Dist. - issued by NCTE from time to time, were Dakshin Dinjapur, carefully considered by ERC and the West Bengal-733140 following observation was made:-

29. APE00226 National Institute for M.Ed. Based on the complaint against the Teacher Education, institution and report of the various Khetri, Kamrup, committee, the ERC has decided to refer Assam-782403 this matter to Inspection division of NCTE Hqrs. for conducting inspection U/s 13 ofNCTE Act, 1993. 30. AS-S/N- National Institute for B.Ed. Based on the complaint against the 112000 Teacher Education, institution and report of the various &APE00227 Khetri, Kamrup, committee, the ERC has decided to refer Assam-782403 this matter to NCTE Hqrs. (Inspection) for carry out inspection U/s 13 of NCTE Act, 1993. 31. ERCAPP1400 Berhampore B.Ed. B.Ed.
