Confidential-Proprietary-Copyrighted INTRODUCTION

Guy and Alicia Juzang founded, managed for 23 years and championed an Aerospace Engineering firm to the #I Small Business in the U.S.. After selling the company Guy found himself hanging up their career awards in their library, Guy pondered the thought, that all these awesome testimonies deserve more than just a wall hook. Guy shared his script with a 34 time Academy Awardee, after reading the script he said it reminded him of Hidden Figures. Also, he said he wanted to join the team to make this script into a great movie!

First to Orion will be a feature film. It is the account of two black computer engineers who miraculously met in Huntsville, Alabama and who (find romance) start a family and an Aerospace Defense Firm. Because of their devout belief that it will take God’s help to realize their vision they named their company Infinity Technology, Inc. (Infinity)! The company slogan is “Endless Ingenuity and Infinite Solutions.” They championed their company to become the #1 small business in the U.S. (SBA’s National sub-contractor FY-2000). They were cited by the POTUS, Congress, SBA and Lockheed Martin for outstanding engineering, software development and modeling & simulation in developing the operating system of the F-22 fighter jet over the course of 17 years. They also develop the operating system framework for the first digital Apache Helicopter and the first small business to design, engineer and fabricate parts for NASA’s Orion Space Craft (replaces space shuttle). Either developed, modified or contributed to the operating systems of 5 major DOD aerospace systems that are currently deployed in South Korea/Afganistan. Model and simulated 13 Aerospace and Missile weapon systems. Also, their company was awarded NASA Dryden (Armstrong) Woman Owned Business of the Year (FY2004) for outstanding IT and managerial support. Drama builds when faced with a delayed payroll, elusive Top Secret Clearance, FBI investigation, sabotaging employee and limited finances. They make it through the great recession of 2007-2008 and sell their company to focus on what’s most important to them “family.”

He takes it. But when he arrives there, he is told that his job is actually in Huntsville. • Guy meets (Alicia screaming out for good man, even if comes all the way from Cali). They marry-she leaves her company. • Guy and Alicia started Infinity in 1989 and built it up from less than $20K in savings. • In 1994 they receive the first 5 million dollar contract from Lockheed Martin to help build the 7000 node Wide Area Network then the Operation Flight Program for the F-22 in Marietta, GA.. • An employee emerges as a villain who seeks to sabotage the company due to his dislike for Guy.

Rough plot points continued: • One Friday, Guy arrives to work and is met by a bank representative who says that the bank has called their business loan for suspicion of fraudulent activity and “his job is to liquidate and liquidate only.” They must repay the entire loan by Monday. • Guy and Alicia go to another bank and convince them to repay the loan, and then loans them 1 Million dollars. But Guy has to use their home for collateral which Alicia animatedly objected! • They receive the 1st ever 10 year contract from NASA, publish scientific Microgravity experiment results, build the operating system architecture for the 1st Digital Apache Helicopter and become the first SB to work on Orion Space Craft. Most of these contracts require a secret/top secret but Infinity fails at acquiring the clearance. • They do some digging and find out that the old bank had falsely reported “fraudulent” practices to the SBA and the SBA to the FBI. • Devastated, Guy acts quickly and contacts his US congressman who has one of his staffers/ attorney do some digging. Midpoint • The staffer represents Guy’s case to the FBI and shows that there was no intent to defraud. The FBI clears Guy for the security clearance. (The FBI meeting is extremely intense and dramatic-Guy could go to prison). • Business continues to climb, but in 1997 they lacked the money they needed for their $250,000 payroll.

• Guy seeks advice, a confidant recommends he contact Veni Sumaria, CEO of Sumaria in Danvers, MA. Page 5 Confidential-Proprietary-Copyrighted TREATMENT (CONTINUED)

• Rough plot points continued:

• Guy consults with Alicia, and makes the decision to travel to meet Mr. Sumaria.

• Guy travels to Danvers and meets with Sumaria.

• In the meeting, despite having completely different backgrounds, the two men connect and have similar experiences. Guy senses that Veni would hate to see Guy go through the trauma he ones experienced.

• Guy convinces Sumaria to loan Infinity the money, even though Veni breaks his company’s policies and procedures. Veni loans Infinity $500,000 and only new Guy 3 days!

• Guy returns to Huntsville having saved his company and made a new friend.

• Ending:

• They win the SBA’s National Subcontractor of the Year Award, making Infinity the #1 Small Business subcontractor in the country FY2000 (500 companies, 4 Regional winners competed).
