Appendix – IV-A [See Proviso to rule 8 (6)] SALE NOTICE FOR SALE OF IMMOVABLE PROPERTIES E-Auction Sale Notice for Sale of Immovable Assets under the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 read with proviso to Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest (Enforcement) Rules, 2002. Notice is hereby given to the public in general and in particular to the Borrower(s) and Guarantor(s) that the below described immovable property mortgaged/charged to the Secured Creditor, the constructive possession of which has been taken by the Authorised Officer of State Bank Of India, the Secured Creditor, will be sold on “ As is Where is”, “As is What is” and “Whatever there is” basis on 11.12.2019, for recovery of Rs.406,41,01,432.02 (Rupees Four Hundred and Six Crores Forty One Lacs One Thousand Four Hundred and Thirty Two and Paise Two only) due to the secured creditor from M/s. Winwind Power Energy Private Limited. (Borrower) and Mr. R.C.K. Vallal, M/s. Siva Industries and Holding Ltd, M/s. Hi-tech Housing Projects Pvt Ltd, M/s. Siva Compulink Ltd and M/s. Sterling Agri Produce Pvt Ltd (Guarantors). The reserve price for Item No 1 will be Rs.1,48,10,000/- (Rupees One Crore Fourty Eight Lacs and Ten Thousand only) and the earnest money deposit will be Rs.14,81,000/- (Rupees Fourteen Lacs Eighty One Thousand only) the latter amount to be deposited with the Bank on or before 09.12.2019 (last date for receipt of EMD). The reserve price for Item No 2 will be Rs.11,11,00,000/- (Rupees Eleven Crores Eleven Lacs only) and the earnest money deposit will be Rs.1,11,10,000/- (Rupees One Crore Eleven Lacs Ten Thousand only), the latter amount to be deposited with the Bank on or before 09.12.2019 (last date for receipt of EMD).
