Family COUNCIL LEADERSHIP The Northeast Iowa Council officially welcomes girls in the Cub program in Matt Klutzaritz August 2018. As a council we want to make sure all of our leaders are prepared for Scout Executive/CEO welcoming girls into their units. We strongly encourage all leaders to attend the Au- gust roundtable. At this meeting, the leaders will be given the specifics on how to run recruitment nights, changes to expect as we welcome girls and much more. The goal is to make sure each leader feels comfortable with the changes as we move forward!
