Date: 11th December 2015

Sir David King Special Representative for Climate Change Foreign and Commonwealth Office King Charles Street London SW1A 2AH

Dear Sir David,

We wrote to you previously on the 29th November informing you about the Cambridge Climate Message. As promised I enclose an updated list of signatories for information. This is now supported by 732 individuals and 83 organisations from across Cambridge. We hope this public collective support from the city of Cambridge has in some way been useful to you and others making the argument at COP21 for an ambitious and fair agreement in line with a 2 degree Celsius or better target. We wish you all the best as you conclude negotiations in Paris.

Yours sincerely,

James

Writing on behalf of the Cambridge Climate Message Project

The Cambridge Climate Message

"We, the people and organisations of the city of Cambridge in the UK, support local and global efforts to take action on climate change. We recognise the serious threat which climate change poses to everyone everywhere.

This is why we are calling on all parties at COP21 to come to an ambitious and fair agreement which gives the best chance possible of staying below a 2 degree Celsius global average temperature rise.”
