Das, Ld. Counsel for the applicant prays and states that the fact and issue of this matter is completely identical and similar in nature with O.A. No. 926 of 2015 which was decided by this Tribunal vide its order dated 1.9.2015 and also by a common order passed in O.A. No. 154/2015, O.A. No. 252/2015, O.A. No. 242/2015, O.A. No. 583/2015, O.A. No. 353/2015 and Q.A. No. 350/00424/2015 vide its order dated 25.6.2015. The Ld. Counsel for the applicant states that as the present matter in hand is completely covered by the judgments already passed by this Tribunal, he would be happy and satisfied if a direction is given by this Tribunal to consider and dispose of this case in the Ught of the JLdgftièht passed in O.A. No. 926 of 2015, O.A. No. 154/2015, O.A. No. 252/2015, O.A. No. 242/2015, O.A. No. 583/2015, O.A. No. 35 3/20 15 and O.A. No. 350/00424/2015 respectively. Accordingly, taking into consideration the statement given by the Ld. Counsel for the applicant at Bar, I feel that the O.A. could be disposed of very well at the admission stage itself with a direction to the applicantsto prefer a fresh representation attaching a certified copy of this order within 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and the respondents are directed to consider and decide the case in hand within a period of three months in the light of the judgments passed in O.A. No. 926 of 2015, O.A. No. 154/2015, O.A. No. 252/2015, O.A. No. 242/2015, O.A. No. 583/2015, O.A. No. 353/2015 and O.A. No. 350/00424/2015 4. Accordingly with the above said direction, the O.A. is disposed of in the admission stage itself. It is made clear that nothing has been commented on the merits of the case.
