Red Crown Productions LLC (“Red Crown”), founded in 2010 by Daniel Crown and Daniela Taplin Lundberg, is a privately financed New York-based production company. Red Crown produces film and television spanning a wide range of genres and budgets. Red Crown will focus on smart and commercial pictures in both the independent and studio space.

Leading the company is a deeply experienced team whose previous credits include, “The Kids Are All Right,” starring Annette Bening, Julianne Moore and Mark Ruffalo, “Grace is Gone,” starring John Cusack, and “New York, I Love You” starring Shia Labeouf, Orlando Bloom and Natalie Portman. Their upcoming theatrical releases are, “The Winning Season,” starring Sam Rockwell; “Dirty Girl” starring Juno Temple, and “The Romantics,” starring Katie Holmes.

Red Crown is currently in development on “The Rise of Theodore Roosevelt” as a mini- series, which Taylor Hackford is attached to direct. It is also producing a theatrical adaptation of Curtis Sittenfeld’s acclaimed novel “American Wife,” which will star Anne Hathaway and is to be directed by Jonathan Demme. The company aims to produce two to three per year of budgets between $5MM and $100MM and will aim for studio partnerships with studio producers when necessary.
