Penulisan ini akan dimulakan dengan pengenalan kepada biodata tokoh secara ringkas yang merangkumi latar belakang diri, pendidikan dan seterusnya sumbangan yang diberikan dalam perkembangan Islam di Selangor. Keseluruhannya, penulisan ini menggunakan kajian perpustakaan dengan meneliti rekod dan bahan dokumentasi. Penulisan ini diharapkan dapat memberi pendedahan kepada umat Islam tentang ketokohan ulama di Selangor di samping dapat memberi gambaran tentang kewibawaan dan kredibiliti peribadi seseorang tokoh terdahulu yang boleh dijadikan teladan dan ikhtibar. Abstarct This paper discusses about some famous Islamic scholars who contribute a lot in the development of Islam in Selangor before the independence of Malaya. This study will begin with an introduction to a brief biodata figure which includes background, education and so their contribution in the development of Islam in Selangor. Overall, this paper uses library research by examining the records and documentation material. Writing is expected to provide exposure to the Muslims about the significant role of the clergy in Selangor as well as to provide an insight into one's personal integrity and credibility of the previous figure can be an example and tuition. Sehubungan itu, Suruhanjaya Perkhidmatan Air Negara (SPAN) pada 6 Mac 2014 telah meluluskan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Kedua dipertingkatkan ke Peringkat Ketiga dan ianya akan merangkumi beberapa kawasan tambahan di daerah Gombak, Kuala Lumpur, Petaling, Klang/Shah Alam, Kuala Selangor dan Hulu Selangor disebabkan pengurangan bekalan air terawat ini. Pihak SPAN akan menyelaras dalam pengurusan dan perlaksanaan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air ini dengan sumber- sumber daripada Kerajaan Negeri Selangor, Kerajaan Persekutuan dan Syarikat Bekalan Air Selangor Sdn Bhd (SYABAS). Adalah dengan ini dimaklumkan juga bahawa Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Ketiga ini menggantikan keseluruhan Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Kedua yang dikeluarkan pada 28 Februari 2014. Manakala Pelan Catuan Bekalan Air Peringkat Pertama yang melibatkan tiga (3) wilayah iaitu Hulu Langat, Kuala Langat dan Sepang ekoran dari penutupan Loji Rawatan Air (LRA) Cheras Batu 11 dan LRA Bukit Tampoi disebabkan pencemaran ammonia yang tinggi di dalam Sungai Langat akan diteruskan. Introduction to the Proposed Project This Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study is carried out for the Proposed Mixed Housing and Commercial Development on Lot 66166, Mukim Tanjung Dua Belas, Daerah Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan. The total Project area is 257.25 acres (104.11 ha) and the proposed Project is to be developed by Setara Hati Sdn. Bhd. The locality of the Project Site falls under the jurisdiction of Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat (MDKL). A Site Suitability Assessment (Penilaian Awal Tapak) has been submitted to the Department of Environment (DOE) Selangor on 2nd September 2015 and the department has no objection to the proposed siting which is in line with the zoning for the area. However, the condition states that due to the adjacent eastern boundary are the Tan Ming Quarry and Spring Energy Quarry, 500m non-residential development has to be provided. Alienation for the Lot 66166 has been submitted to Pentadbir Tanah Daerah Kuala Langat for sub-division purpose. Lot 66166 is plan to be sub-divided into two (2) lots which separates the development area and the non-residential zone. The non-residential zone area will be developed in future as an individual development by the Project Proponent as soon as the zoning approval for change of landuse from residential to others is permitted by Majlis Daerah Kuala Langat. The Project Site is situated within the District of Kuala Langat, Selangor Darul Ehsan.
